Returns policy

Returns
If you are not happy with your product then you may return it to us for a full refund of the product and delivery charges. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email to orders@mollymae.co.uk and return the order within 14 days of notification.

If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalised products are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refund or exchange, if applicable, within 3 days. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an item is damaged we will exchange it for the same product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to orders@mollymae.co.uk and wait for a response before returning.

Delivery
To return your product, you should send your product to: Molly Mae Ltd, Bridgemere Farm, Mowsley Lane, Walton Lutterworth GB LE17 5RE

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.

Molly Mae cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post if returning your order, you should consider using a trackable delivery service, insurance or proof of postage.
